The UBC Economics Students Association (ESA) is the home organization of the Economics Majors at UBC. Although, Membership is not exclusive to Econ majors, the ESA's membership consists mainly of freshmen and students interested in the field. The ESA has a diverse array of projects, events and committees. Among them are the Career Night, Grad Info Session, Peer Mentoring Program, Alumni Networking Brunch, and year-long sports events with UBC Rec.
The ESA is proud of its focus on strong internal relationships. It prioritizes in member care and development, assisting in the academic, extracurricular, and personal growth of each member. Likewise, its external projects have, time and again proven to be both successful as well as formative in nature.
